LandShark Strategies was founded by Chris Harris who served 8 years with the Australian Defence Force as a Military Working Dog Handler. His passion for service and love for dogs lead to the initiative of offering positive reinforcement based training for our beloved best friends.
Our dog trainers offer proven basic obedience training techniques and in home support services, designed to help dogs of all breeds and ages. There is no "one size fits all" mentality with dogs, hence our need to work with pet owners, to ensure a harmonious home through appropriate methodologies.
LandShark offers obligation free quotes for professional training services including basic obedience, health & fitness sessions, in home pet checks, one on one training and private & group sessions. For clients based outside of Hope Island and Sanctuary Cove, additional fees may apply.
Specialised training and security assessments for homes and businesses are undertaken and quoted by consultation.
LandShark Strategies' owner Chris Harris proudly served for eight years within the Australian Defence Force as a Military Working Dog Handler. During this time, Chris was employed by the Royal Australian Air Force Security Forces and attached to the Australian Army Special Air Service Regiment. Chris deployed to the Middle East Region, working alongside servicemen & women from the United States of America, Italy, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and New Zealand.
Upon discharge, Chris continued his service from within the Defence Industry until transitioning to a private firm, supporting the operational requirements of the Northern Territory Government and Police.
Chris consistently displays the highest of morals, ensuring that those around him are supported and given every opportunity to thrive. His passion for service extends from his Country to all those who call it home.
